Premiere has utilized a Yo-Yo process for quickly installing Caissons and Drive Pipe. This process involves welding the pipe on the first joint and second joint, lowering these joints to the third joint, welding the second and third joint together, and raising the first weld back to the rig floor for the ultrasonic testing. On the average, this entails a rig time savings on the cooling process of approximately 50% which ultimately equates to thousands of dollars.
