A recent addition to our processes is our SHARP™ program. Safety, Health, and Awareness Requires Planning. This program has been developed to expand safety through various incentives to all team members and their families.
Developed in 2003, the Sharp™ Program has increased our Team Members awareness levels to the point of Zero Incidents in July 2004 which extends the already “Zero Loss-Time Accidents, Company Wide in 2003” and “Zero” Osha Offshore Recordable Incidents – Three (3) years in a row”.
