Utilizing a variety of different steel grades and specification to meet the high yield demands of today’s market, requires the continual development of welding procedures and operator qualifications. Premiere incorporates some of the world's most advanced welding consumables and techniques that are demanding from even the most qualified welding operators. Our welders are recipients of continued training and testing on both the theory and practices of welding techniques and processes. Premiere, Inc. maintains a welding procedural base of over 50 specifications and an extensive welder operator qualification database enabling us to perform certifiable welds to AWS, ASME, and API. |  |

2. Facility and Equipment-
 | Premiere, Inc. maintains fabrication facilities in Winnie, Texas and New Iberia, Louisiana. Our main caisson production facility based in our New Iberia, Louisiana district has the capability of producing from 14” to 72” large O.D. pipe with a wall thickness of up to 2.75”. A capable facility, coupled with industry leading equipment such as our tandem internal and external submerged arc systems, insures your project will be completed in the time schedule that meets your needs.
